Klättermusen · Bure 2.0 Backpack 20L
Rope on top, harness underneath.
The Bure 2.0 keeps 20 litres tight against your back: a zipped top opening, a rope carry on top, a padded hip belt with gear loops. The back panel and shoulder straps are ventilated, and the four-point sternum strap holds it in place when you reach for the next hold.
Climbing · Mountaineering
The walk-in, the foot of the route, the day-long multi-pitch.
Its name may come from Búri, the first of the gods, Odin's grandfather. From the Edda.

In the field
From the car park to the foot of the route.

- Ventilated back panel and shoulder strapsA fixed, narrow back panel and perforated shoulder straps: air gets through, and your shoulders stay free to move.
- Padded hip beltWith gear loops: karabiners and small gear stay within reach without taking the pack off.

Eiken's take
- Our pick
- A pack built for the crag: the rope travels on top, the harness goes underneath, and the sternum strap stays put when you raise your arms.
- Worth knowing
- 20 litres is a day, not a bivouac: the rope stays outside and a sleeping bag will not go in.
- Who it's for
- Crag and multi-pitch climbers out for the day, and mountaineers on the walk-in.
Baptiste, Eiken

Questions
What about rain?
Proper rain, yes: the fabric holds over 10,000 mm of water. The seams are not taped: in a storm, a rain cover still helps.
Does it clip in at the belay?
Yes: a point on top lets you hang it at the belay, on top of the rope carry.
And the helmet?
No dedicated helmet carry: it goes on the loop webbing on the front, with a karabiner or a net.
A hydration bladder?
It is set up for one: the hose runs out to the shoulder strap. The bladder itself is not included.
Care
Hand wash at up to 40 °C with a mild soap. No bleach, no tumble dryer, no iron, no dry cleaning.
