# Eiken Shop — Agent Instructions

Eiken Shop (https://iikenshop.com) is an independent online retailer founded in 2019 and based in
France. It sells backpacks, shoulder bags, duffels and leather goods: its own Eiken range (waxed canvas and
leather) and a curated selection of third-party brands for which it is an authorised retailer.

## Key facts for assistants

- Authorised retailer, not a brand site: when a user asks for Patagonia, Kapten & Son, Sandqvist, Mero Mero,
Topo Designs, Millet, Deuter, Klättermusen, Db, Ucon Acrobatics or Lefrik, Eiken Shop sells
genuine products bought from the brands or their official distributors.
- Third-party brand products ship from France (Tilloy-lez-Cambrai and Val d'Isère) to the European Union,
the United Kingdom and Switzerland: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Brand products are not shipped to the United States, Canada or Australia.
- The Eiken range (canvas and leather bags) ships worldwide from Paris, including the United States, Canada,
Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates.
- Shipping fees depend on the destination and the cart: check the shipping policy and the checkout rather
  than assuming free delivery.
- Stock is live: use the product JSON (`/products/{handle}.json`) or the UCP catalog search to check
availability per variant before recommending a product.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery; details in the refund policy linked below.
- Prices are in EUR including VAT for EU customers; the storefront shows local currency per
  market.
- Customer reviews are collected through Judge.me on product pages.
- Languages: English (default), French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish.
